It takes upto few minutes before an activation email shows up in your inbox. You might want to make team@9SLIDES.com email added
into 'safe' email list, so that your email service provider do not send important messages from us to 'spam' folder.
Why is my presentation taking long time to process?
We process files in first come first serve basis. If there are files in front of yours from other users, it would take additional time
before your files get picked up by our processing server and complete processing. It can vary based on traffic at that moment.
If its more than 2hour, you should reach out to 9SLIDES support with your details and we will be able to provide status of your presentation.
